Admission
If you are interested in enrolling your child at St. Joseph Catholic School , please call the school office at 513-381-2126. Spaces fill quickly, so we encourage parents/guardians to contact the admissions team as soon as possible. A review process will be undertaken that will include the following:
- a screening test for each child, which varies based upon the child’s grade level
- principal reviews for acceptance
- completion and submission of registration and financial aid packets

Tuition and Financial Aid
We are able to provide significant assistance with tuition based on income. This assistance requires completion of forms and receipt of certain documents. We receive assistance from CISE (Catholic Inner-City Education Fund), ODE Ed Choice Scholarship, Children’s Scholarship Fund, Center for Youth Empowerment, St. Joseph Sponsor-A-Student, St. Joseph Church, ESAP and other sources, so we are able to provide you with a guaranteed tuition rate based on your income.For more information regarding financial aid, please contact the school business manager.
Volunteering at School
Each school year, a parent/guardian must complete 15 hours of volunteering per each first child. For families that have more than one student enrolled, 15 hours are required for the first child and 5 hours for each additional child.
